In the list below you can find detailed explanations for specific info you might see when you have one or more products in your cart. They can be either ETA messages or clickable text (e.g. in case of “Pickup instead” and “Ship instead”).


AVAILABLE IN 2-3 DAYS AT [STORE NAME]

If you've selected the "traditional" shipping method but also have preferred store info saved in your account/session, this message lets you know the estimated date of delivery in case you change your mind and decide for the Pickup in-Store.

AVAILABLE TODAY AT [STORE NAME]

If you've selected the "traditional" shipping method but also have preferred store info saved in your account/session, this message lets you know that the item is already available in that store in case you change your mind and decide for the Pickup in-Store.

PICKUP IN 2-3 DAYS

When you choose the Pickup in-Store option, you might see this message of estimated date of delivery. It means that the item is not yet available in the store that you've selected, so you'll need to wait a few days. Don't worry: we'll email you as the item becomes available for the pickup!

PICKUP TODAY

When you choose the Pickup in-Store option, you might see this message of estimated date of delivery. It means that the item is already available in the store that you've selected and you can go pick it up anytime after you've finalised your order. Remember to check the store opening times by clicking on the store name or on our Store Locator!

Pickup instead?

Depending on the delivery option that you've selected, you'll see a clickable message next to each item in your cart. If you've picked the "traditional" shipping but then you change your mind and want to pick up the item in a store, you can do so by clicking on "PICKUP INSTEAD".

Ship instead?

Depending on the delivery option that you've selected, you'll see a clickable message next to each item in your cart. If you've selected the Pickup in-Store option but then you've changed your mind and now want to have the item shipped at home, you can do so by clicking on "SHIP INSTEAD".


A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

• In general, quantities are limited and availability changes quickly on our website.
• Adding an item to your Bag does not mean it is reserved. Someone else may still snag the last available piece, so act fast!
• Please note that you may only purchase a maximum of five products in the same size and color.
